1. Gelatin cake and strawberries

The first of our recipes with gelatin is a blend of strawberries, biscuits, butter, among other ingredients that together result in an excellent combination that is able to satisfy all dinners. In addition, it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • Fresh mint
  • 3/4 cup sugar (30 g)
  • 1 envelope with strawberry gelatin (25 g)
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese (500 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream (300 g)
  • 1 spoonful of orange (10 g)
  • A packet of orange cakes (200 g)
  • 2 bags of hydrated natural gelatin (14 g)
  • 2 cups strawberries cut in half (250 g)
  • 3/4 cup melted butter (125 g)

Preparation

  1. To prepare the base, place the orange flakes / cakes in a blender and turn them into powder.
  2. Then mix it with baking powder and the melted butter. Then set it aside.
  3. Then place this preparation in a removable mold and press it well together until you get a compact paste.
  4. To prepare the cake, beat the mascarpone cheese with the sugar in a bowl until softened.
  5. Add whipped cream and continue to whisk until smooth peaks are obtained.
  6. Add your orange and the melted gelatin. Continue stirring until the mixture is very good.
  7. Pour this mixture on the cooking base and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Dissolve the gelatin in warm water and allow to cool to room temperature.
  9. Pour the gelatin over the cake, add the strawberries and put it all in the fridge.

2. Gelatin with red wine and fruit

Many people do not know the recipes with gelatin that have alcohol in them. This one has red wine and fruits (the ones you prefer). By following a few steps, you will get a delicious, soft and refreshing dessert that everyone can eat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups syrup (720 g)
  • 3 cups red wine (720 ml)
  • 1 can pineapple in syrup (800 g)
  • 2 envelopes with grape gelatin (14 g)
  • 2 cups warm water (400 ml)
  • 1 can peach in syrup (800 g)
  • A small pot of prunes (300 g)

Preparation

  1. First prepare the gelatin by dissolving it in the water and then setting it aside.
  2. Then collect the syrup from the fruit cans until you get three whole cups.
  3. Cut the pineapple and peach into small pieces and set them aside.
  4. Then heat your chosen wine together with plums. Continue until softened.
  5. Mix syrup with plums and red wine.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, add the strawberry gelatin, the mixture with the syrup, as well as the red wine, plums and chopped fruit.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds and put it in the fridge so it can solidify.

3. Milk gelatin with fruit

The third of our gelatin recipes is ideal for any occasion, from birthdays to romantic evenings and for a Sunday with the family. It has a delicious creamy taste and the fruits give a great explosion of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Two gelatin bags (14 g)
  • 2 cups water (500 ml)
  • 2 cups milk (500 ml)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (200 g)
  • 1/4 cup water (125 ml)
  • A can of fruit cocktail (250 g)
  • 1/4 cup water for addition to gelatin (60 g)

Preparation

  1. First, boil the two cups of water and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Turn it off when it starts to boil.
  2. Then pour a gelatin envelope into 1/4 cup of water and add it to the pan. Mix well.
  3. Then pour this mixture into a mold and put it in a cool place to cool.
  4. While you wait for the gelatin to finish, heat 2 cups of milk with 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan. Continue until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Dissolve the second envelope with gelatin along with 1/4 water and add it to the previous mixture.
  6. Mix well and allow to cool to room temperature.
  7. When the fruit gelatin has finished setting, pour the milk and gelatin mixture on top and allow to cool.
  8. Remove from the pan and serve.

4. Mango colored gelatin

Ingredients for water gelatin

  • 1/2 cup orange juice (120 ml).
  • 2 cups mango in syrup. (400 ml).
  • 1 cup mango syrup (200 ml).
  • 2 envelopes of gelatin (7 g) mixed with water and melted.

Ingredients for milk gelatin

  • 1 cup cream cheese (125 g).
  • A cup of plain yogurt (125 g).
  • 1 cup evaporated milk (125 g).
  • One cup of condensed milk (125 g).
  • 1 cup mango cut into cubes (200 g).
  • 2 bags of gelatin mixed with milk and melted (14 g).

Preparation

  1. First, mix the gelatin together with the ingredients in the water until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Next, it is poured over a gelatin mold. Wait for it to find its place.
  3. For the milk gelatin, mix condensed milk with cream cheese, evaporated milk, yogurt and gelatin.
  4. Then pour it over the water gelatin and wait for everything to be in place.
  5. Then remove the mold from the gelatin and decorate with mango cubes and if desired with mint leaves.
