You do not take responsibility for what happens to you. You do not react in unpleasant situations and it makes you complain.
Bad mood, anger and sadness will always be in your life.
To get out of this vicious circle of apologies, it is important to pay attention to these four pieces of advice. They will help you get better with yourself. And they help keep your head cool when life goes awry.
1. Stop complaining
Regrets have a special characteristic. They are passive. Nothing happens because of them. They do not solve anything either.

4. Interact with the apology!
How does it feel to complain about everything? Good or bad? It is very likely that it does not give a good feeling. Nor if you use it to manipulate others.
